i know the obvious stay out of the sun.. but is there anything else i can do ??? please help me this needs to dissapear in a matter of days.

No, LOL. It will go away on its own and there is nothing you can do about it.
Of course, telling the truth about why you have a tan will lessen the burn you're going to receive for having it.

Is the tan from the natural sun or from tanning cream/salon, etc?
Depending on how long you've had it, and how dark it is - it is only affecting the top couple layers of skin. Exfoliating is your best answer. If it is a fake tan go get some Nair or Neet. This will take off most of. Otherwise soak in a tub with a loofah and just gently exfoliate it off. Don't moisturize afterwards....this will cause the skin to dry and flake off more. And if all else fails there is always makeup. Choose a light shade - baby powder works to.

K. It's the top layer of skin that's tan so try using an exfoliater. A loofah sponge or something like that and for a few days, really well. That should at least fade the tan.

it extremely is loopy, lol. ive on no account heard of all and sundry desirous to do away with a tan! identity propose numerous scrubbing or exfoliating the floor. the greater showers you're taking and scrubs you utilize the greater lifeless pores and skin you will do away with and tan could gradually fade.

A tan will usually last about a week. Do the opposite of making a tan last, do not moisturize. Try exfoliating too.

Get an exfoliating body scrub and a loofa (sp) and rub rub rub, it wont work too well but some of the skin will flake off and some of it will be the darkened skin.. you could also use skin bleach.. but that's pretty extreme

I know that you can get your skin "bleached" to lighten your skin. There's an asian store that we go to that has a bottle of the stuff since my wife likes to keep her skin light. Looks like there are plenty of options to even order the stuff online.
