It is completely normal and nothing to worry about. Some women don't get the sore breasts, but most do. I didn't get the white bumps until after my kids were actually born though, but some women get them that early. Everyone is different.

It's very normal.....it's your body preparing for pregnancy and nursing. Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

sore breasts are normal, you can get skin tags during pregnancy, but that doesnt really sound like what it is...

Ive never really experienced white bumps, although my breasts were lumpy and full at the begining of my pregnancy, and now, almost five months along, theyre frigg'n huge and hard and miserable.

theyre called montgomery bumps on this site, and just part of the glands that grow during the hormonal surges of pregnancy.

nothing to be concerned about.

sounds normal-- your breasts go through alot of changes in pregnancy. They are getting ready to do the job of nourishing your baby in 9 months. BTW, Please don't fall into the idea that breastfeeding will make your breasts sag, as you can see already, its the pregnancy itself that causes any changes.
Breastfeeding is the natural next step after pregnancy--its a part of the whole cycle!
Good luck and enjoy!
