It seems there is some invisible force keeping women from wanting to go further in a conversation when i tell them that im a single parent of two boys. Why?

well, if a woman likes you for you she will except your children also. Some people are so self centered that they only think of themselves and what they want..They don't realize that sometimes that a good thing for them could be looking right at them in the face---just be patient, there is someone out there for you.....

I am a single Mom and that seemed to never turn off men. If a woman is turned off by kids, do you want to go any further with them.

If they're young children and you're young, women might be afraid of an instant family and they are the third leg. Young kids should be your first priority leaving the woman 2nd. Maybe you need to look for women who have kids and they might be more understanding as to the importance of parenthood. They might be more receptive.

Most women don't want a ready made family, but on the upside, a few women don't mind children being part of a new relationship..(They are difficult to find) .she would have to be mature, and willing to take on the responsibility of children if your relationship becomes serious

i like Kanga's answer, plus, there are women out there that do not mind if you are a single parent, they are probably a single parent themselves
