Well, that is a long drawn out way of asking how to get up and stay up.
Set your alarm loud (for the annoying beep, not music). Put your clock on the other side of the room.
When it goes off, get up and turn it off, get in the shower immediatly. If you need more help, take a cold shower. Get dressed and go do something, anything.

Yeah sounds like me....The only way to fix this problem is if YOU really want to. You have to start making serious changes to your lifestyle - start small first then once you get the ball rolling try do more. The best thing is to set up some form of routine in your life that you respect...for instance tell yourself "this morning I am going to go for a walk/jog" and stick to it every day at the same time...this will also help because you will be getting excerise - s your problem may be due to laziness = no excercise = lack of blood flow = low blood pressure = feeling tired all the time....so try keep up the excersis schedule and may be that will rub off onto other aspects of your life. Working at a grocery shop sounds boring...maybe try find another job thats going to interest and challange you...and maybe point you in the direction of the career you wish to achieve. But as I said you really need to want within yourself to take action and control of your life. Also check your diet, because often the food you eat reflects your mood. Opt for fresh vegetables and fruit....cut out high starch, high sugar type foods which give a you a huge energy hit but then straight away make your energy levels drop below normal. From one lazy lethargic person to another - good luck! Oh yeah don't blame your parents, thats just making excuses. Part of taking control is taking responsibility otherwise you will be burying yourself in a safety net you can't get out of.

You have no self control. Who is going to be there to wake you up and clean up your messes or bail you out of a crisis when you leave home?
Go to bed every night at the same time, wake up at the same time every morning, including weekends. This will get your mind and body used to a schedule. Tell yourself that it is time to grow up and get out of bed and do something productive!!! I haven't used an alrm clock for over 20 years... I am just "programmed" to wake up and get started. Oh, and get a job where they won't let you slack off!!!

As soon as the alarm goes off, sit up, then stand up. It's very hard to go back to sleep that way. Once you get moving, you'll wake up quickly. Over time, you can even teach yourself to wake up before the alarm clock.

It is a wonder you have been able to write down such a long question. Best would be to ask your parents to throw a jugfull of water when the alram goes off and you don't wake up.

You need to be your own boss. If someone else needs to motivate you, you will always be dependent. Here is an organization that develops leaders, and you will have to strain to keep up with these people:

The world will not wait for you. If you don't want it, you won't get it. In case you are depressed:
http://www.dbsalliance.org has local groups to support you. Call and go. You sound depressed, and I would know!

Maybe if you set your mind that you want to change your lifestyle then you can begin to get up earlier and not be so lazy. Although it is refreshing to hear a teenager admit they are lazy and need help.During the summer I get lazy when I don't have to get kids off to school. So just before school starts I start planting in my mind thst I need to get up early and it works. A reminder in the mind does work to get up early.

Get up and take a shower, then take a walk around the block. You would be amazed at how a good walk in the morning motivates a person for the day.

Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room. Or put two there while you at it and set one at 6 and the other at 6:10. You have to get up to turn them off thus starting your body up. But besure to turn them on loudly or you won't wake up.

its all in your mind...
once you make the mental decision to grow up, it will become much easier. start off my turning the alarm volume to it's highest. put it on a radio station that plays the most obnoxious music you know or on the annoying buzzer noise, then place it ACROSS your room. maybe you're not doing enough during the day to keep you awake.
and i know that you want to blame your parents and atleast you've been able to identify and contrifbuting factor to your problem but know that you've done that, remember:
if you know better, you can do better.
