Would syria get involved

I hope Syria would get involved, and since they are a puppet state of Iran it is likely. They need their butt kicked at least as much as Iran. And do you really doubt that the US and/or Israel could handle them? Israel could do it alone if they had a leader that did not prevent the military from doing its job like Olmert did. His Generals are all pissed at him (he never served and is a liberal wuss as well.) This is assuming an all out military effort. Not one like Lebanon where they worry about everyones opinion and drop plane-loads of leaflets on targets giving them warning before they bomb the target area.

Bring back Netanyahu!!

Assuming that we could assemble a coalition of nations to attack and had a clear exit strategy and plan laid out yes. Militarily the US could take on most of the world and win. But in order to insure that you don't have to go back into the country later you need to set up some way for the country to be stable after US forces leave the area. Syria might decide to get involved if it is only the US and a few allies but remember Syria and Iran do not share a border. They would have to send their forces through Iraq to get to Iran. Can we win the main fighting yes could we occupy the country NO.

What do YOU think?
Of course we could, would and would win. I think we've had ENOUGH of pussyfooting around with these guys.
Sure - they'd use their cowardly suicide bombers here and innocents would be killed and bridges would fall - but in the long run, there would no longer be an Iran. Or Syria for that matter. For Chr***** sake the guy's a DENTIST!!! And they let him run a country? No wonder, he's a weasel - and he has no chin. Ugly.
I say gut the two Countrys and return to calling it Persia and leave
them to their own devices. I think it's time we implement an America First policy again. The only folks we should care about are the Brits, Canada, Australia and a few others. CLOSE THE BORDERS!!

Iran is the home to 68 million people. The USA has 300 million, and our allies have another 450 million people. Just a few bombs from winning!

I truly hope we never know.

But, I do know that a lot of innocent people who are alive now, would be dead then. Not all problems can be solved at the point of a gun. There are always a lot of unintended consequences. The US government (my government) should start considering that a lot more seriously, though I'm sure they won't for at least two more years.
