ya wake up .who you are is who you well be with or without doing anything .so let us say you are calm most of the time and once you lose you mind your going to be called a hot head for the one big thing not the everyday things you did

Of course it's the little things you do everyday. ie. help that little old lady cross the street with her groceries. tell someone that look nice etc.
