LMAO!!! OK. Here's the answer I'm referring to:

[Guess what? If you keep dreaming and didn't wake up before 'the final moment' you would have really suffocated and never woke up!

Same applies to people who dream about falling from a mountain for example, they always wake-up before reaching the ground, otherwise, they're dead!!!

This is God's mercy to wake us up before the "dying moment"... ]

Sleep tight and worry not about bad dreams. But if you're still afraid, call a friend to sleep over until you get over with your worry.

that's not true but there a disease which i forget its name. the doctor said that's 10 percent of the people died in their sleep take drugs or sleeping pill which to much can affect Ur blood that ur oxygen will drop until it reaches 0 and u will never wake up again some even say when u eat to much food at night then u sleep ur heart will go slower until it stop breathing at night and u die but mostly guys are the most victim of this kind of disease which men are fond of eating at night but dreams dont affect ur health but sometimes nightmares can affect ur brain that u are afraid to sleep anymore and insomia comes that i think is a worst problem to have

No. That is just a wives tale. Go to sleep you will see that you will wake up just fine.

If you are really afraid of your dreams maybe you should look into some dream books. The could ease your fears and some books actually teach you how to manipulate and control your dreams.

I once heard that, too. I don't think that's true at all. I've had dreams where I've fallen I think it's our body's natural reaction to wake up right before the fall.

no....fall off places you want.....if you don't wake up from your sleep then you'll die anyway....it has nothing to do with what part of the dream you die in....if you don't wake up in the morning...you're dead....

so be free and enjoy your sleep

We haven't been able to ask people who die in their sleep what they were dreaming about, so that's hard to say.

No. But theres a possibility that the reality feeling of the dream can cause you to have distress in your body and cause a heart attack or other ailment. It does not occur to everyone, duh, but people with prior ailments are at higher risk.
