yes, it is possible.Work out everyday and at the end of two weeks you will do 2 miles in 16 min or even before, but need to train at lest 2-3 hours every day.

There will be a result, if you also change your diet. YOu need to eat the right food such as small portion of lean meat, alot of fruits and vegetables, and alot lot of water. Diet and exercise will help. Also eat small portion that's just right for your stomach. Don't overeat. Also, get a good sleep. Not only that you will lost weight, but you will feel good about yourself and feel pretty!

Well yeah! But you'd have to be very determined, work out every day and eat plenty of fresh fruit.
If you have a local field or wood i'd suggest running there as the varying slopes helps much more in maintaining your stamina...
