It depends what you like.
BBC3 has a lot of programmes for the 18-30 bracket in the later evening, especially comedies (Two Pints of Lager, Ideal, The Smoking Room).
In the earlier evening it tends to be light documentaries such as Trauma, from an A&E dept, and House of Tiny Tearaways (wild children).
BBC4 is the complete opposite - classical music, historical and fact-based documentaries, classic drama, foreign films.
Both don't start broadcasting until 8pm (Dutch time) each evening.

I live in Holland too and have BBC3, 4 and prime. I think they are great. BBC3 has some fantastic comedy.

BBC 3 is good. Lot's of different stuff including movies.
BBC 4 is more cultural and wold event type things.

Yeah, well worth it. All the good comedy is on BBC3 first, and there's loads of good factual stuff on BBC4. I watch them all the time.
