Have you ever seen a Brit without an umbrella?
Come to Buffalo - the weather is TERRIFIC. One blizzard in 30 years doesn't compare with hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes and snow storms that dump 6' of snow.
Also, none of you seem to know how to handle it. You don't even have plows or salters.
