Lactation has nothing to do with marriage. Non-pregnant lactation should be brought to the attention of her physician. Certain drugs and hormonal issues can cause lactation in women who are not pregnant but have induced lactation.

It does not matter if she is married or not. Lactating could indicate that she has had a child or is expecting one. Are you sure that she is lactating? Breast secretions are not always breast milk. If she is concerned she should fu with her MD.
