I don't work for Fed Ex, but I know some people who work for UPS, and these companies are pretty competitive as far as employee wages. Drivers for UPS make over $20/hr. They can handle as many as 1000 packages in a day, in addition to making pick-ups in the late afternoon hours before 6 P.M.
