sometimes people are not so much stupid as they are uninformed...that's why they ask questions here. There are obviously some exceptions....the stupidest people are the ones who won't ask a question but are sure they already know the answers to everything

Because many speak out of self-righteousness, ignorance, hate, self-superiority, and arrogance.
"I think I'm better than you, so my opinion must be right, whether I've actually read anything on the subject or not", so to speak.

people come here to troll. to tick other people off, to make fun, to joke, kid around, engage in hilarity, poke fun at, spread their political agenda's and generally rile people up.
its something to do while sitting in an office somewhere, making oodles of $$$ while not doing their jobs or studying. laughing their heads off that people take all of this seriously and get mad.

They either are to lazy to track down the answer themselves or just lack basic problem-solving skills to get it done on their own.
Then there are some that just like to stir up the animals

Why ask why? If they're stupid, they're not likely to know why. One exception would be someone who'd suffered a head injury.

i don't think it's that people are stupid, it's just that piles of questions make people LOOK stupid. one person asking one question isn't very dumb, but when you are looking a whole bunch of questions it can make people look dumb... kind of get it? i'm sort of confusing myself...
