It's obvious you have never studied microbiology. No, zygotes would not be included but staphylococcus aureus would. But wear gloves when you pet it.

Wow you got the big word people answering this one! My answer, Nope by the time you are a zygote you have to many cells to be of use to a microbiologist!

No....Because we were once zygotes....and now we are freaking big. It really is a diploid cell that ends up going under mitotic cell divisions.
