if you want to become a wrestler , you should have to increase your body weight , and if you want to become a swimmer you have to decrease it. So, to become both at the same time is impossible.

Get fit, generally kids who are a bit on the heavier side can build themselves up pretty well. Just get plenty of exercise like running till you're comfortable to get in the pool. Apparently the BEST way to get weight off is just brisk walking. Swimming and wrestling require lots and lots of training and you're not gonna get it if you're too afraid to get into a pool.

Backyard wrestling and just take off the shirt. You won't be as chunky after a while of swimming.

If you're in HS, it might be tough. When I was in HS, wrestling and swimming were both winter sports. It'd be tough to be in both.
