For all ages WEARING CLOTHES IN TOO SMALL A SIZE.
Even the young, well built do this and just look stupid, campy, trailer trash-ish. The best looking outfit gets sunk by this mistake.

Clothes that are too small, following fashion trends that don't suit the person, too many different colours in one outfit, the list could go on!

Too tight clothes! Especially pants. You shouldn't be able to see "everything" as in wrinkles, bumps and blemishes, and even hairs. Yeah, certain people need to rethink the size they wear as in a 200lbs person needs to realize they DON'T fit in a 0.

Wearing something that doesn't fit. Do not try to squeeze into a 6 if you should really be wearing an 8!!

being a fashion victim. there are a lot of girls who just follow trends and think that whatever looks good on their fave hollywood star will also look good on them. ladies, find your personal style and dont be a fashion victim. remember fashion is a form of art, it should reflect your style and personality.

Not having confidence in how she looks! The same style would look totally different on several different women, but if you are confident in how you look, than it doesnt matter what you are wearing!!
