thats pure animal cruelty on all levels of crazy!
1. yes fess up to your neighbor--apparently you was a man when you killed it...so be a man and take responsability.
2. seek anger management classes--due to if you killed a cat out of rage...im scared what would you do around a child or someone else.
...dont sit there and be stupid on this incident...do something about it!

I don't think there is any way you can confess this to your neighbors without them falling out with you,assuming they liked the cat. Take the cat a drive and toss it into a distant field and maybe seek some anger management therapy you nut job. Next time you lose the rag perhaps you'll kill your neighbors.

Yes, honesty is the best policy.....you should always be honest, just tell them the reason you didn't fess up sooner was because you didn't know really what to say at the time.........hopefully ya'll will be able to work things out and you could also considered getting them a new kitten , maybe that will help some.......Good Luck

You are not a good neighbor. Turn yourself in to the authorities before your neighbor finds out you killed his cat and lied about it.
Major criminals start with animals then progresses to other things.

I say you should tell them, but don't say it was out of anger. Say it was an accident and that you were really embarrased to tell them. Offer your sincerest appologies. Whatever you do don't offer to get them another cat! They'll take that as an insult!
By the way! How did you kill it??? It's really difficult to kill a cat!

Confess 'in the booth' if you are catholic, then everything will be rosy. You may be sentenced to a few 'Hail Marys' but that beats hell out of a fine, jail time or a feud with your neighbor doesn't it?
