wallow wallow wallow put on some comfy cotton pjs get some chocolate icecream and lay in the bed with magazines the tv remote and the phone but dont answer any calls from friends only answer telemarketers and bill collectors let your mood out on them tell a sad long tale of divorce death and betrayal to them sob a little (OF COURSE A MADE UP STORY) watch trash tv yell at the screen eat more icecream lay there as long as you can b4 someone comes home get up dressed and act civil plz have fun
