Would you lend it to them or give it to them?
Could you do it without expecting to get it back?

I would give it to them. When you lend money you put pressure and conditions on it. Then if they made it in life they would return the generousity which would be a pleasant surprise!

Yes, I have many a time but I have never given more than $100. It usually depended on their circumstances, and my finacial situation at the time. Since they were complete strangers, no I did not expect to get it back.

Yes and I have. I had a women with a young baby come into my store one day, she was 10 dollars short of her total so I grabbed the money out of my purse and paid the rest, but didn't tell her so she wouldn't be embaressed.

I do through church and other charitable organizations and expect nothing in return. But I wouldn't hand a 20 to a guy on the corner holding a sign if that's what you mean.

give and have done just that. manyyyyyyyyyyyyy timessssssss i don't lone money just give it . you never get your feeling hurt that way lol. and homeless and children yes i do give two little boys came up to me the other day and said lady we would like to buy us some candy but our pockets are empty so i patted them on the shoulder and gave them a dollar each and told them to have fun they did straight to the dollar store it feels good to help people

depends on the amount of the money if it was like 5, 10, 15, 0r sumthin like that yes but nuthin majorely big..like over 100 or so

Yes. I always thought that if I had real money (enough to spare) that I'd love to go around giving it out to people randomly. Or set up a foundation to do it. I'd want to give it to them.

I would donate some loose change to a man at the underpass. And if my friend needed help of hundred to tide over, I think I would give to him/her.

I would have to think about it first . if I had the money and they really needed it as like or deth then yes whether I got it back or not. Thats just how I am......

It depends on my mood.
If I'm angry, I won't even look at the stranger.
If I'm in the nothing-can-go-wrong state, then I guess I'll might.
