As far as I know, in Borneo, the citizens there don't pay taxes and they live happily with their King.

I cannot say for sure, but I can tell you if you want to pay taxes until your eyes bleed, move to Canada.

This wonderful frigid country may not go out of its way to invade countries on a whim, but the government doesn't have to develop an army to invade oil rich nations because they receive obscene amounts of money from there own people.

The great part is that as a citizen here, you never know how much is being taken from your pocket because all the taxes levied can be burried in the vast array of social programs. So,as a citizen you can be broke, but in a zen like state... reminiscent of Indian Cattle.

That would be nowhere. For everyplace you go to will have crime, no matter where it is. There are countries that don't impose a tax on it's citizens/inhabitants, but the crime is everywhere, because humans are such a diverse group of people. There will always be people who's sole intent in life is to hurt other people. On the other hand, there will also be people in the world who's sole intent is to help other people.

You could live in Alaska - they have no state personal income tax, and most places do not pay sales tax (VAT) either. In fact, residents get an annual payment from the state. This is because they get lots of revenue from selling oil.
