make sre it is acne first, and that you are not getting an allergic reaction from the soap you are using for washing your clothing. sometimes u get allergic reactions as small bumps that might look like acne but are not. if you dont have a doctor that you can go see, see a pharmacist. they can pretty much determine that what you have is acne or something else. people can give you remedies but if u ended up having something besides acne, the remedies might not work. on the other side, if you want to put something on because you have your mind set up. go to the pharamcy and buy caladryl (they have clear ones) or any cream that has benadryl in it. then spare it on like butter. it works great because it has the medicine you need to stop itching and scracthing (by scratching is the only way you would have scaring) AND also it cools your body.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

If you're just classifying them as "bumps," don't jump to the conclusion that what you have is acne. It could be a number of different rashes, so it'd be best to see your dermatologist about a medication if you're not absolutely sure of what you have.
I don't have acne at all, so try using what I use (at least for your face): St. Ives Apricot Scrub--with "invigorating" on the label, for all skin types. It comes in either an orage tube or a small 12oz container.
Good luck...
