i was thinking of smoking some with a friend but dont really know what it does or if its worth it, it is quite pricey too, anyone wanna help?

Well I have just been looking on some of those links there and I am intrigued!! I want to try some too! By the looks of it, it's not like a giggly high like grass, and as long as you are not drinking alcohol as well it is a wierd trip (these spiritual types use it for psychic insights apparently).
Looks a bit of a pain in the *** to actually take, but if you manage to get hold of some have fun!!!
BTW - it's not illegal so all the high and mighty anti-drug brigade can calm down a bit. Have a joint and chill FFS!!!

I have never tried it but have done a little research. Apparently the feeling lasts only 15 or 20 minutes, but I know someone who has tried it and he said it was extremely important to do it with a friend you trusted and not just some acquaintance. I don't quite understand what that means but it's enough to make me steer clear.

yep! and I would again! though watch out, someone I know thought they were buying salvia, but all they got was genuine sage! It is a bit pricey, but then it is a bit gimmicky too, all depends on how much you want to get mash up!

Yes, I have and it rocks! I buy it at a local hemp store! However, be careful...once my friend thought a tomato was trying to kill him after he smoked it! It's sort of like weed but waaay more crazy!

It's a very intense, short lived psychedelic. I did it one time. Friends didn't explain it and it scared me.
I do not recommend it at all for any reason.

Salvia is an annual flower. I never heard of smoking it.

The only SALVIA that I know is just a flower, does not have ANY narcotic effects (you wont go on trip) and is poisonous.
