Ask instore, they usualy let you have good deals. or use price runner they dont do what u are asking for but do give you good prices from mulitple sites.

Bewarned sometimes you wont get a good deal. I went to buy a laptop from a well known company and all they would do is give me 2pence discount on it for being on the shelf

I don't know about getting deals on floor models. For that you'd have to ask a salesperson.

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron E1505 and saved $500 because I went through a site called Upromise.com. It's a website that helps people save for college for their kids or even for themselves. From time to time Upromise.com offers a coupon for Dell that allows you to take 30% off a purchase of one of their computers. It's simple, you register on the site. Click on the Dell link which appears on the online retailers list and buy using the coupon code provided by Upromise.com.
