Gothling, that was King of the Hill and it was hilarious! Hank was never the same after that dolphin molested him. *laughs*

As for Killer whales, a cool place to check out is Shamu.com where they have a live killer whale cam in one of the pools. It's relaxing to watch, but you have to catch them at certain times, since the orcas may not be in that pool at the time.

Also, a great book to check out is "Orca: A Whale Called Killer" by Erich Hoyt. The book is fanastic. It's about the first people who interacted with killer whales in the wild when it was thought they were vicious man killers in the 70's. The back of the book also has a log of all the killer whales captured and placed into captivity and their current status. I know that SeaWorld Orlando has a killer whale called Tillicum, or "Tilly" who is the largest killer whale in captivity and even he is in that book listed as being caught in Iceland. It's a great read.

i admire orcas. yet they shouldn't all be set unfastened. firstly, you would be putting a ton of predators into the sea, and that could disrupt the whole nutrients internet. Many orcas and different predators would die as a results of fact of scarcity of nutrients. additionally there are a ton of hazards in the wild. additionally, cetaceans (whales and dolphins) can no longer purely be set unfastened whilst they have been in captivity their total lives. They learn survival and social skills from their mom whilst they are youthful. with out this documents, they'll die if set unfastened. with a view to launch a whale or dolphin, they might desire to bypass survival tests to ascertain it relatively is going to likely be waiting to feed and fend for itself. Animals like sharks do no longer desire training from mom. organic instinct takes over, and that's all they desire. Mammals in maximum cases would desire to learn survival skills from their mom and different contributors of the p.c... And there rather isn't lots 'wild' left. guy continuously destroys nature. There are poachers, and pollutants kills a lot of animals. Many species nevertheless around on the instant exist only as a results of fact there are captive contributors of that species. Captive bred animals can produce offspring that would sometime be released returned into the wild to assist sustain the wild inhabitants, and so as that they upload to the DNA type.
