thats an awful idea but yes they would. they should ban babies anyway from airplanes.

its really not all that far fetched, in Vietnam there were a few instances of women putting grenades inside the babies blankets and giving them to soldiers. As disgusting as that is, I guess it could happen.
As for screaming babies on airlines, hmmm. maybe they should just take preventive measures and ban them now! Along with...... lol jk

here goes the answer for why everyone is screened at the airports and on other public transport.
I know that the 60 year old or the baby is not a terrorist and if allowed to pass check points for this reason alone they then become a target for terrorists .
WHAT better way for a terrorist to smuggle weapons and bombs then to hold family members hostage and have mom and baby smuggle the weapons past check points .
IF a mother of three had was able to roll little 9 month old johnny past all the check points ,then terrorists could hold little sally and cindy hostage till she comply's
This would endanger the lives of americans who would be used to smuggle weapons past check points .
SO the problem is searching everyone protects us all and slows us down but i want to screen every arab period they are all terrorists .

That would be so wonderful. How about if we ban all children under 12 from going out anywhere in public except school, the library, and parks?

For the sake of everyone on the plane, they need to just ban babies and kids 10 and under!

There was, some years ago, a spate of smuggling of heroin inside the bodies of dead babies who were brought aboard aircraft by "mothers" who, of course, pretended that the baby was hers and that it was still alive.
So your "humorous" aside isn't so far fetched. Nor so funny . . .

I admire your intelligence,you know I do but maybe you should redraw this Q cos it could give idea's to the wrong people.
It's certainly not unthinkable that terrorists would use children this way.They will do anything to keep their terror alive

It's time for an experiment.
I suggest that you get a baby (borrow one if you must). Pack the nappy (diaper to you Yanks) with C4. Take him/her to the airport.
Please report your results.
