Considering MRIs, used to scan brain tissue, regularly expose the brain to up to 7 teslas, it's unlikely that any magnet you encounter in your life will be strong enough to cause braing damage. Though, theoretically, a strong enough magnetic field could affect the ions in your body, including your brain, and that can't be very good for you.
