My friend's name is Paul Botwev Orhii. The last I heard of him he was resident in Texas. He holds a Ph.D in Psychopharmacology from Russia.

Try dogpile.com I found a friend I lost 11 years ago on that. It gives the last 7 or eight cities they lived in and then you can look them up in the phone book. I did with my friend and he only lives 2 hrs away and it is great!!!
