i have a ps2 cd and it has a lot of small scratches and i need help cleaning them off using household items

Get a rag, and eye glass cloth or something ,and smear some tooth paste on it. Then start from the center and go outwards. Dont wipe in a circular motion or you will scratch the disk even more. Then wet the rag and remove the tooth paste. Make sure your tooth paste doesnt have Baking Soda in it

You have to do it like 3-4 times for you to start seeing results

They sell an item which repairers scratches on Cd's.

go to game stop and ask for dr.clean it takes the scratches right out

i use a cotton ball with achohol and wipe it on the cd
