If i were to install goldeneye on my PC wud there be any way of the user finding me out or is it foolproof?

There is no such thing as fool proof spyware protection.

It's probably best you download Windows Defender and/or Spybot Search & Destroy.

Swich to Linux Mandriva and enjoy in real network and other aplication its much better
