Finding a decent job is all relative. A decent job to you might not be to the next person. The best way to find a job is to network. Ask your friends, family, acquaintances about the places where they work. If they like it, there is high probability that you will. Do some brainstorming and write down your own ideas of places you would like to work. Go through your local telephone directory and start calling the places related to the job you are interested in. The other thing is to look on line. There is a wealth of info on line. Check with your local Department of Labor as well.

Spelling is everything, especially on a resume. Employers figure that if you can't be bothered to spell words correctly on the resume, what chance do they stand that you will take the time to do a job well. Take care of the small details, they are very important.

Local newspapers, job centre ... write to companies in the phone book

You've obviously got the Internet so try a few websites - just Google or Yahoo search for employment agencies and stuff

You'll need to brush up on your grammar and spelling first though! "Can't" and "decent" ...

Stop wasting time on your PC - get a local paper, go up the agencies, a foot on the rung, will allow you get another job, you have to start somewhere, show them that you are willing to get your hands dirty, and turn up each morning, then get talking to people, its very often a case of WHO you know and not WHAT you know.

Good luck, now go and switch off!!!

You're obviously not looking very hard. Jobs are out there if you really want one. There are lots of agencies to help you if necessary. Check the vacancies in your local paper, buy job finder magazine, visit your jobcentre. Don't say 'can't' because you can!!

You need to learn proper English grammar and spelling first. Why not go to your local community college to update your skills? And when you're ready to leave there, they have a job placement office that can help you.
