because she's modest and has morals! I'd feel embarrassed to be in the presence of two men that I have been intimate with. it's natural modesty and shows good upbringing and a sense of dignity. most women avoid this situation. but sometimes you just can't and I would become very quiet and a bit withdrawn until it was all over.

Because she knows what she did with the ex and is scared he might give the husband the low down ... maybe she wants them both at the same time and doesn't know how to ask?

simple...... She feels embarrassed for the husband and ex. They both know what she is like and she feels that now she is married, she would prefer to have the past as the past. Ex is not in the past if he is there in the room with her and husband.

Many reasons really, she might fear they'll start fighting over her or the ex might know something her hubby doesn't. Depends why the ex is an ex and whether she might have cheated on him with her present man.
...totally unrelated, her ex might have been gay or bi and she might fear he'll steal away her current husband... stranger things have happened.

who knows she might just be comparing the two of them and thinking did I have my cake or have I lost the cake. Really it seems a bit odd. The idea of a threesome might also be viable.
