How is it possible for a man to be married to 2 women at the same time in the same state

The man can not be married to two women at once. He is only legally married to the first woman that he signed the marriage certificate with. He may have signed another marriage certificate but the second one would not be legally binding.

It is possible. He could have married in different county, changed his name, incorrectly spelled his name, seal the marriage records, and of course, just lied on the marriage license application.

The system is not perfect! Many court systems do not know what the other one is doing, unless, the court systems are on one universal database that is easily accessible to one another, which it should be, but that is in a perfect world.

The same guide lines as if you wanted to marry a dog, You can not do it. Well you could, but as far as guide lines it's considered taboo! It would fall under the same lines as stealing, murder, rape, etc. those guide lines. punishable by a determinable time in the penal system as set forth by dejudge!
