File for divorce. Your husband doesn't have to be ready, you do.

Age has nothing to do with it my hubby is 12 years older then me and we have a beautiful child toegther. But if he does not make u happy anymore tell him that give him the chance to change if it don't work then leave. It don't matter what your family thinks it is how u feel that is important everyone deserves a chance in life to be happy and if leaving him is what will make u happy then do it but i u do love him but just cannot stand the way he is tell him how u feel and tell him u would like to go to counseling toegther and see if that will help him. And stop letting him dominate u let him know he is not gonna push u around anymore.

If you are the one who wants the divorce why does it matter if he is ready for a divorce. If this is what you really want then go for it. Otherwise you will be in a relationship and not be happy. Think about what you really want for a change and not what he is ready for.

File for divorce. I know the very thought of it is very painful for an Indian wife. Get a good lawyer and go for it.

If you haven't been happy all these years you should get a divorce. The situation is not going to change and you will remain unhappy. Get strong and take that final step. You owe it to yourself to be happy. Good luck.

Talk to a lawyer. I don't know what the laws are in India, but why can't you just file for divorce? This is your life, don't waste it being unhappy!

Doesn't sound like he'll ever be ready, so you have to decide when to call it quits. Best to get out while you still have a chance to make a live with someone else.

If you CAN,........Leave him. You are an adult now. You don't have to listen to your parents. It's your life.
