cards have been removed, but still goes into bank to get money!

First are you two seeing a counselor for help? If your committed to staying together (and you should for better or worse) than this is the biggest part.
You must take his name off all accounts and put an note on all three of his credit reports that he suffers from a medical condition and should not be given credit.
Make a budge together, and make him responsible to pay some of the bills (make sure he brings you the receipt). Use only cash. Basally give him an allowance and never more than 1 day's cash at a time.

If the cards have been stopped, etc. Have you tried removing him from the account? He can't spend what he doesn't have. Make sure you keep your own cash safe, he may resort to stealing when he's cut off from everything. You should try if it's joint between the two of you. Other wise he'll eventually find out it's not a good situation for him and others involved.

Take all his credit cards and money, or pretend you're gonna have some kinky fun with him then leave him cuffed to something solid.As for the lies you could cut out his tongue.

Cut up the credit cards, and get him to a counsellor for cognitive therapy, but he must want to cure his addiction to begin with, close joint accounts and keep money separate

an old trick that was done on me to stop my "going to the shop to get milk" escapades i:e boozing was my missus hid my shoes all of them so i couldnt get out. could try something like that, just a suggestion

Take all his wages off him and give him pocket money. Explain its for his own good or he will end up in loads debt. Good Luck

He needs therapy. Addictive, compulsive behaviors require professonal help.
