Yes, health and fitness go hand in hand. The better physical shape you are in the better mental clarity you will have. Excercise promotes better circulation and many great benefits for the brain. However, it doesn't substitute for studying. Try blending the two together for time effectiveness. Work out with a classmate and quiz each other while working out. Voice record your class notes and play them over and over while working out. Buy talking text books and play them while working out. Take your hand written class notes with you to the gym and read some and work out by reinforcing the notes in your mind and memorizing at the same time. Be creative, come up with your own ways to integrate both for the best way to manage time and get the best possible physical and mental outcome.

You are not a completely perfect bodybuilder if you don't exercise the muscles of your brain by learning everyday something. So, one hour study a day will keep stupidity away.

No, but it does boost emotions and productivity. Study for the exam, and still go work out at the gym. Do a shorter workout in order to accomodate your studying though. The only way to know the material on the exam is to study it.

You should study for the exam and give your body a break so it can rest and build up your muscles. Its always good now and then to take a break from working out

exercising in general increases bloodflow and helps out every organ in your body, and increases your capability to think. Doesn't mean you shouldn't study for your exam. You can do both. You don't need to spend all day working out. If you're the type of person whose neck is bigger than your head...TAKE A DAY OFF...there's suppose to be a gap there lol.

Only if you supplement the exercise by steroids for muscle bulk. You would wreck your brain that way and not have any exam capability.
