Most of the stuff you get at fast food restaurants is VERY bad for you -- high in saturated fat, high in sodium, not to mention very little nutritional value. There isn't one thing I can think of on the menu at Taco Bell that would be considered a "healthy choice." There are a few things at McDonald's that would qualify, like their grilled chicken sandwich (without mayo, of course) and their grilled chicken salad. But anytime you're talking about fast food dishes with red meat or anything fried, it's darn close to pure dietary evil.

Yes they are unless you eat sensible and light. Lets say you are going to eat a hamburger at Mcdonlads, you would have to eat the burger with any vegetables but you would have to skip the mayo and the cheese and don't forget about the fries. Taco bell is okay also as long as you don't eat all the tortilla or any kind of cheese. As for drinks, no soda. Stick to water.

It depends on what you get. Taco Bell, I can't think of anything healthy. Mcdonalds, get a grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing and water. They have a fruit and yogurt parfait for dessert.

CompRewards make dining a breeze with an easy to use phone app and online experience with online deals, http://www.comprewards.com
There are a variety of rewards programs that promise to drive customer business and loyalty. These programs fail with the complexity to manage multiple programs for customers. This limits loyalty by the pure fact that a customer needs to carry multiple cards to receive points from multiple vendors. These vendors find themselves with competing loyalty programs that the customer has to choose which ones to carry on the key chain or in their wallets. CompRewards changes this paradigm by combining all these programs into an easy to use phone app. CompRewards also provides the additional benefit of reserving tables, order food online, CompDeals, and GiftRewards for friends and family.
CompRewards can extend Restaurants owners presence with existing CompRewards members and market to an existing customer base. The extension of members beyond the walls of an existing business, multipliesthe reachof the restaurant owner without any additional marketing.
This is also done with the members in mind and without the requirement to carry multiple cards when visiting their favorite restaurants. These members can combine their favorite restaurants into one loyalty app making their wallets lighter and their earning power multiplied with the CompRewards Affiliate network. This easy to use phone app will track points earned and will notify them if there are additional rewards for their loyalty. They will also be able to redeem these points for cash discounts on their next purchase. All the guesswork is now taken out with this easy to understand phone app. No need to carry cards to earn rewards with the easy to use phone app from CompRewards.

In moderation everything is OK. As far as fast food I would recommend Wendys as the most health conscience.

Absolutely not. The only thing bad about them is the people badmouthing them by making excuses for their own shortcomings. Fat people have the same choices as anyone else and they choose to eat - everything.
