Yes, this is normal and there is nothing wrong with the boy at all. He will grow up to be a normal man and live a regular life....if something else doesn't mess him up.

It sure is. He is entering puberty a little early but the sex play has begun. Masturbation is normal and healthy so enjoy yourself. In a few years you will also ejaculate semen when you climax. In the mean time enjoy not having a mess to clean up.
