walking.. plain and simple.
People underestimate how much a simple walk can help you stay fit in the head. its like meditation. as you walk thoughts slow down become easier and problems melt away.
Sounds too simple but when discussing the depressing effects of coming off a medication i was on, i told the doctor that was what i did. She told me that it was a great thing to do and it worked medically in that when you increase your heart rate your body produces endorfins which can help you to feel better as well as restore your body. It really worked for me. If you can walk up hills or stairs briskly to make yourself puff a few time throughout the walk, even better. Good luck.

Go to your doctor and get your throid hormone levels tested. It may just be hypo or hyper thyroidism. then it is as easy as getting your thyroid fixed...
