Don't know. Each indiviual persons threshold for pain is different. The people I know who have had one say it is just a discomfort type of pain not a to die for type of pain.

The insertion process wasn't bad at all. They put a topical anestetic on you so there should be little to no pain. It's the removal process I'm worried about. I have to get mine out next Spring.

It hardly hurt at all. Just feels like a yearly exam. I didn't feel anything then and I still don't one in a half years later

who will put thing in? if it is u u it should just feel funny, weird, uncomfortable. if its some one else then get some to bite on.[just kidding] as for how long only as long as u are going to have sex. and for most men by the time u finish ur cigarette u will be done[or rather he will be] and leave u to finish off on ur own.
