drinking water definitely helps bloating, when ur body is dehydrated it will hold onto water which will result in bloating. i guarantee that if u drink 6-8 glasses of water a day ur bloating probs will be a thing of the past (unless ur pre menstural)

Water helps to expell toxins from the body. If your are bloating there could be a toxin reason for that. Other wise green tea will help too. you can take some over the counter diuetic but I have found thatey increase ny bloating before they really started to work.

If you are bloated you are retaining water. This can be cause by salt. Before your period cut down on the salt intake, that can relieve the bloating.

no way if you have bloating problems and cant get rid of the water you already have ask your dr for some lasix it'll make you pee like crazy but its worth it

yes it will it's called water retention wen you bloat that mean you need to be drinking lots of water.
