Find a new passion. Write down all the good things in your life, enumerize the goals you would like to achieve. Make things happen. Give yourself another chance, you deserve it. Think positive, call the long-lost friends and family..

Grab yourself by the bootstraps and left up one vertebrae at a time. You have to believe that you will survive whatever it is you are going through. Hold your head up high, and tell yourself you CAN and WILL concur whatever ills you. Be strong and have FAITH. Don't let others still your joy. Get out and meet new people. Spend quality time alone, reading or listening to music that doesn't depress you.
