They are cry.
They are miss behaving to a point they are annoying other movie goers.
Kevin Pollock had an idea, anybody that takes a baby ( 9 months or younger ) to the movies, everybody gets to slap on them ( the parent ) on the way out of the theater.

I have no children, but if I did, I'd take them out if they seemed bored or needed to go to the restroom or to buy snacks. I wouldn't want them to see Michael Moore's trashy propoganda, but I wouldn't go myself, let alone take kids, so I need not take them out of Moore's crappy films. My kid sister and I allow kids to see R-rated movies, but my oldest sister preaches against it. I don't watch X-rated stuff (unless I know the actress), for sex and golf are much more fun to do for yourself than to watch others doing. I probably wouldn't let kids watch Mel Gibson's "Passion of Christ". It is too gory and confusing.

If there is too much Sex,Swearing,Nudity,Gory violence in the movie or if their throwing a tantrum.
Oh I forgot poopy diapers

When the kid is too loud. I take them right into my office(restroom) & straighten them out. At these prices I won't leave.

If u have an emergency or if they r annoying everyone else who is trying to watch it. Or fighting w/ a sibling.
