What, specifically, are you less good at?
Without knowing specifics, one thing I can recommend is adding ice dance. Ice dance will help with power, flow, and edges. It will make you a much stronger skater, overall, and you can apply that to your freestyle skating. After a year of ice dance, with a dance coach, you may be surprised how much you've improved.
Someone here suggested training more often, and other person suggested more time on ice. I disagree. If you can train smart, you don't necessarily need more time. You just need to use that time more wisely.
Some other things you can do to improve your skating is to do stuff off-ice, such as dance, yoga, or pilates. Ballet especially can be beneficial for skaters.

Same thing with me! Just practice, practice, practice. Dont look at other girls and say oh Im not as good as them! Be the best you can be! Try doing some stuff like camels, sit spins, and laybacks, they look hard, but after you try its wont be so bad. Go on video.yahoo.com (or go to yahoo.com and press video) and type in a move you want to see how to do, then slow down the video, and you can learn how to do the jump or spin! Hope this helps! Good luck!
