I realize what I am about to say is not what you really want to hear, but it is really what is best for you and this woman you have fallen for.

I sincerely doubt this woman is ready for you to approach her in a romantic way. Having been down this road myself, and have taken a hard heartbreak because of it, I can tell you keep it friendly and simple. Don't get involved with her yet. Just be her friend. In time, when she has been able to heal, then you can try to be more than friends.

Right now, what she is going to need is time to mend her broken heart.

DON'T...........I say this for your sake. You are already aware that she is just getting out of a relationship, do you really think she is going to want another serious relationship with someone right now? Wait a little bit, so you are not the "rebound" guy. Get to know her as a friend first. If you truly have fallen for her, then you really want to be with her, when she dumps you for some other guy it will really hurt you. Give her space and be her friend, then after she has gone through the rebound thing, jump at the chance.
