What's the deal with The Who's new "Wire and Glass" EP? Have you heard it?

Is it ever going to come to America? I hear it's pretty big in Britain right now, but they haven't released it yet in America and their album comes out in October. Also, if anyone's heard it tell me what you think. I haven't heard it... waaaah :(
