Show her the largest sizes you have, and just tell her that these are the largest sizes you carry and I hope you can find something here that suits your needs. smile and walk away, she will obviously look, and when she doesn't find the behemoth size she needs, will probably be to shy to do anything else but leave. Be sure not to make eye contact on her way out, it may embarrass her. That is my best suggestion

Maybe u should guide her to a store which stocks the xxx size, by telling her that u know this place where she can find clothes of her taste.
Or have u checked the store ----- which u have heard of with great variety etc.

This way she will not bother you n get what she is looking for but obviously dosent know where to go looking.

Just tell them that you don't carry anything larger than an extra large. I am very frustrated by NOT getting straight answers from stores when they just don't carry my size. I'm often told "Oh, we're out" or "Well, you can find it online if we don't have it". That's irritating, Just tell me you don't have it and won't ever get it. You're wasting my time otherwise.

I would politely tell her that the store does not carry sizes that big ,it's not your fault, you don't run the store. maybe suggest a store that she can try Lane Bryant has cute stuff.

Just apologize that you don't carry that size. If you know of somewhere that does maybe you could suggest that store to them.

Politely say "I'm sorry maam, we only carry up to XL in this store, you may want to try___________, they may have what you are looking for." Research stores near yours that carry plus sizes and you can refer her to such store.

Pick her a few clothes that you think would fit her and let her try. She will realised herself. And after that say sorry that the store is not convenient enough.
