Yes I have got into an airplane and flown from Philly airport at 9:00 am and got to LA at 9:00 am.
In fact I have spent a lot of time traveling...

If you are talking about traveling back or forward in advance in time, no it is not possible. Time is simply an intangible concept. It is defined as a series of events that occur relative to a fixed reference. To be able to "revisit" these events is a fluid concept, because such that the events that happen within time are themselves intangible, they are just an occurence. There is nothing that can prevent the phenomonon of time. For time has been there for eternity, you don't need someone to keep track of time to say that time exists. There is no beginning to time and there is no ending in time. Because of these reasons, I have always concluded that the time travel you speak of is not possible.

I believe we are now capable of disassembling and reassembling our molecules in any time we choose when we learn to tap into the universal energy that is available to all of us. It is a question of evolution. There is only a thin curtain between dimensions. Another great book about time travel is Time and Again by Jack Finney.

Check out this link. I honestly don't think time travel will ever be possible.
Some of my favorite stories (such as "The Sound of Thunder" and "The Time Traveller") are based on time travel. But I cannot even dare to think of the consequences.
(Reallyt check out the story "The Sound of Thunder"!!!!)

We're always traveling in time, especially when we travel in space as well and as soon as we get to our destination time has indeed passed. Going back in time may be a little harder though...

I've heard it was theoretically possible going back and forth through time while passing through a worm hole... but imagine the repercussions of changing the past!

Yes it is indeed possible. I suggest you refer to the works of Stephen Hawking. He has gone so far as to suspend objects in time.

I am traveling in time at this very moment, I haven't figured out how to go backwards yet.
