Wash your face 2 times a day with your own urine. It sounds nasty but it really works.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I get rid of a pimple completely overnight, or about 1 to 2 days, (depending on how severe the blemish). Pop your pimple. by sliding the edge of something, across it, and poping it. Then 1/4 fill your sink with warm water, and pour about a half cup of salt to the water. Take a cotton ball or cotton square or round, and soak it in the salty water for about 30 seconds, moving it around in the water getting it good and salty. Take it out and squeeze out the water. Apply the cotton ball to pimple, and push down. if it doesn't tingle, put more salt on the cotton ball. When it does tingle, push down for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, DO NOT WASH OFF THE SALT THAT STAYS ON YOUR FACE!!! Take Some honey and drop it on a Q-tip. Apply honey to pimple and leave on for 15 mintes. After 15 min is up, rinse off with water. Then apply a dab of toothpaste and leave overnight... That's it!!! Odd i know, but i works!!

Discipline is the best medicine. When I was in college, I've had small, big and pimples with pus (was it the acne?). My face was oily all the time. I've got fed up with the shame and i've even developed this inferiority complex. I can't even look straight at people while talking to them. I made up my mind with a rather constructive discipline to myself. Some of them were: even if I really love chocolates and peanuts, I really disciplined myself not eat foods that would create/build pimples or acnes. I would bring to school a safe pimple soap, wash my face, dry it, apply mild alcohol and put baby powder to avoid excess oil. I also tried gentle oil-control face wash. I wash whenever it starting to get oily again. So, I almost wash 3x the whole day in school (Provided that your eyes have rested for a while before washing). Before going to bed and my eyes have rested from studying, even if my body would like to throw itself to the bed, my discipline and courage to fight this acne really avoid me from being attracted to my pillow. I wash my face before going to bed.And I did saw immediate results of this discipline. Every morning, I'd find acne/small pimples became less and less until my face became clear. I really tried so hard not to touch or pinch every pimple so it would not leave any permanent scars. These became an endless routine until I suceeded. My face became clear! My friends comment that they were seeing improvements. Still continuing and it was all worthwhile! I felt that I have build myself self confidence due to all of these. You can also get yourself your chosen set of mild face wash and discipline, of course. Your effort would be all worth it! Good Luck!

Different things work for different people. I use Apricot Scrub by St Ives. I also use the Neutragena deep clensing pore maks/clenser right afterwards like 3 times a week. That works wonders for me.
