Try two sports bras, both a bit tighter than what you would normally choose. Double them up and see if that helps.

Wear a sports/normal bra and wear a tight tank top with a built in bra in it. Then wear an overshirt with that. The tighter the better. Don't be embarrassed either, he shouldn't even notice!

I'm not a ladie but i can say they might be the wrong size and that you might want to get push up bras or 2 sport bras or you can wear a tight mesh shirts i wouldn't suggest that though.if your size still doesn't work try having a smaller bra or strap that haves a strap that goes around your back not over your shoulders and trying wearing it tighter this depends on your age but if u yong ask your mom she will probably be able to help you can trust me on that.about your couch being a boy shoudnt stare if that sittuation happens and if he does look that just proves hes rude and immature /hormone crazed dont tell him i called him that.

You need to get a sports bra that fits you.. There are specialities bras as well. Make sure that the sport bra does fit tightly as well.

I can understand; sometimes it's hard to keep the girls corralled. LOL Maybe your bra doesn't fit properly. It should be tight enough to keep them in line. But if you could find a tank top with a built in bra, you could wear that over your bra and then a T shirt over that. That has always worked for me, and my girls are DDs.
Good luck!

i have that problem too. what i do is wear a push-up bra (i know that sounds weird with a pop-out problem), and a sports bra that covers everything. also, try a sports bra with a supportive band underneath it.

they used to sell a strap that would go around the top of your breast and Velcro shut then put your support bra over it. try the women's sporting good shop. or trying a smaller sports bra.
