If you get the jammers, make sure you get the high quality ones (not speedo). If you can't stick with the bikini briefs. Besides if you swim outdoors, jammers will give you a really bad tan - I have personal experience!

Its your preference, I've tried both briefs and jammer as a swimmer. I liked the jammers because it allowed more body conformity, which is the claim that they allow your body more conformity and less water resistance. The closest I've been to those types of suites is with a speedo aquablade and it worked fine for me. What I'd be aware of is that they can be costly and the full body suites especially are more restrictive to body movement and may alter your technique. It may not be as big of a concern with a jammer, but something to consider.

there is truly no valid info that jammers are more effective efficient than briefs. some sense "safer" and "a lot less revealed" in jammers than briefs. truly, there is not any large difference except fee. Briefs are some distance a lot less extreme priced. I shouldn't say there is truly no info as in uncomplicated words the manufacturers of jammers say you may swim speedier in them.

I would go with the jammers. Most of the guys on my team are more comfortable with them, but its all what you prefer.
